Return & Refund

We want you to feel confident shopping with kroyx. If you're not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Tags are still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is available.

Note: Final sale items, underwear, or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at service@kroyx.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our team to provide return instructions.

  3. Send the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at service@kroyx.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the issue and your order number.

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at service@kroyx.com.
