  • We currently do not ship to sanctioned or high-risk countries (see checkout for restricted destinations).

6. Customs & Import Taxes

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at service@kroyx.com.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us, we can reship it (additional charges may apply) or issue a refund minus shipping fees.
